		<description>Interesting analogy - I wonder if it&#039;s possible to go further and having worked out what the different motivations of team members are, then utilise those people in a way that allows them to play to their strengths.

Maybe for people who have a strong desire to learn then spiking tasks might be appropriate or for people wanting to learn a new technology they can spend time working with someone who knows it better.</description>
