		<description>The interesting thing about Crystal Clear (or at least Crysal) is that it&#039;s a meta-methodology, discussing what level of process you need for different situations. I remember reading this a while ago and I liked the way that Alistair described the process of picking a process depending on the situation. It think it is a better approach for many people rather than just do as XP/Scrum/Kanban/Lean, etc prescribe.</description>
